i was browsing at this pictorial blog of justin waldron, and this shot of a tower of pancakes + tiny tins of maple syrup whet my appetite. i don't usually encourage myself to have full on carbs in my diet. i just can't see myself refusing to this low-cost indulgence! 

who says to go all out pleasing a lady, is to buy her a diamond ring?

death is for old and ill people. but sometimes, its not the case. your passing brings back a strange emotion i went through 9 years ago. listening to the last track you have posted on your blog, i can't help but to cry... sounds silly for i never met you before. 
"now you are free...", this is what i said to my friend whom passed on at the same age as you, and i like to say the same words to you.

we've never met you. but we love you for your poetic style. you were an inspiration for us. we're saddened with your departure, may you rest in peace... daul kim.

i daydream about seoul + tokyo too often.

there are days when i feel i don't belong to where i was born. there's always this force pulling me and my thoughts to my beloved cities in the world: tokyo + seoul. i wonder... if i will still feel the same if i were really one of them?
